WALSH (Hilary) (née McVeagh) (late of Toronto) - It is with the greatest sadness that her family announce the passing of a beloved wife, mother and friend, Hilary Walsh (only daughter of T.G. and Maureen McVeagh) after a courageous battle with cancer. Loyal and loving, Hilary opened her home and heart to many. Her selflessness and generosity shone through her devotion to her family and her passion for life. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Kilian, daughters Karina (Ben), Chnida and Amanda and a wealth of family and friends in both Ireland and Canada. Friends will be received at Newbigging Funeral Home on Thursday, May 11 from 6-9 p.m. and Friday, May 12 at 3 p.m. with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name to the Toronto Western Hospital or the Princess Margaret Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
