O'KELLY (Maurice) - This weekend when we would have celebrated Maurice's 79th Birthday, Betty and family wish to thank all those who sympathised on the loss of a precious husband, Dad and Grandad. We thank those of you who attended the Removal and Funeral Mass. It was lovely to see all his friends together even at such a sad time. Thank you to those who sent Mass Cards, consoling telephone calls and for the amazing letters we received which brought and still bring such comfort and wonderful memories. Thank you to the Blackrock Clinic and particularly the doctors and nurses of the Fitzgerald Unit. A special thanks to Kiltipper Woods - words can not adequately express how your care of Maurice so consoled us during his final days. Also, thanks must go to Jody Fanagan and Fanagans Funeral Home who organised everything so smoothly and to Marie Hogan for her uplifting voice. To Terenure College whose freshly mown Elysian fields looked so glorious on the day, to Fr Michael Troy and all the Carmelites but especially to Fr Adrian Weakliam for bringing such personal warmth to the beautiful Mass. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
