We are grateful to all those who attended the funeral services, sent Mass cards and letters and expressed such kind and thoughtful sentiments about Tony. Your warm support was greatly valued and it reaffirmed for us the respect, affection and love that so many people felt for Tony throughout his life. A special word of thanks to Canon J Linnane, and concelebrating priests, Listowel Choir, relatives, neighbours, friends especially Fr Brian Flynn and old friends from Sneem, former colleagues, pupils and parents at Scoil Realta na Maidine, members of Kerry INTO, members of Fianna Fáil, colleagues at the Kerry VEC and Tralee Institute of Technology and the Listowel Garda Síochana and FCA.
