Dublin) - September 26, 2011 (peacefully), at home with her family, Hannah, precious beautiful daughter of Sandra and Fergus (Bryan Signs) and inspirational sister of Stephanie; very sadly missed by her heartbroken parents, sister, grand- parents, aunts, uncles, cousins, all the exceptional staff of both Our Lady's Children's Hospital Crumlin (St John's Ward) and the Blackrock Hospice, relatives and a huge circle of encouraging friends. Reposing at home today (Wednesday) between 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. with removal tomorrow (Thursday) to the Church of the Assumption, Dalkey arriving at 9.50 a.m. for 10 a.m. funeral Mass followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.&quot;Rest in paradise&quot;</p>

<p>Miss you</p> <p>Hannah almost two months gone now not a day goes by when i dont think about you ! you were so lucky to have such a nice family and such a strong one too, we all miss you so much and its not the same without you baby! what i'd do just to see ur pretty face again one last time, but i know this isnt the end!
