PHELAN (Patrick Thomas) (Tom) (Clonskeagh, Dublin) - December 1, 2008 at St. Vincent's University Hospital, loving husband of Angela and devoted father to Sue, Tim and David; deeply regretted by his family, daughters-in-law Andrea and Neasa, grandchildren Laura and Conor, brother John, sister Angela, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal tomorrow (Thursday) morning to Church of the Sacred Heart, Donnybrook arriving at 10.50 o'clock for 11 o'clock funeral Mass followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harolds Cross. House private, family flowers only. Donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society.
