COOKE (Trevor) (August 24, 2005) and (Joan) (September 26, 2005) - Their children Jonathan and Sally-Ann and extended family sincerely appreciate all who attended the funeral services and messages of support sent by their friends, business colleagues and acquaintances; we wish to express our sincere thanks to the team from Slán Abhaile also the staff of St James' Hospital, who looked after Dad so well; also the wonderful staff at St Vincent's Private Hospital and the exceptional love and care shown to Mum from our Lady's Hospice Harold's Cross. We would like to express our gratitude to the clergy of Abbey Presbyterian, Christ Church Taney and Chaplain to the Hospice for their pastoral care to Mum and Dad. It would be impossible to thank everyone in person who gave so much support and sent contributions to MDI and the Hospice. We hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our deep appreciation on the sad loss of our dearly loved parents.
