Karl McGee

I was in school in Belvedere College with Karl for the whole of the Senior School years. I best remember him around 2nd to 4th Years up to what was then called the Inter Cert. Karl was incredibly bright, always one of the top in the class but very modest and unassuming. What I remember most about Karl is that he was always smiling, and as I write this I can see him now sitting in class in 4th Year, front row middle, turning back to the class to share some clever witticism with us, a big smile on his face.
