MULDER (Rathfarnham and Rotterdam) - June 16, 2006 (peacefully), after a short illness, at St Vincent's Private Hospital, Pieter; sadly missed by his loving family Annette, David, Roslyn and Sarah, brothers, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, extended family and friends. Rest in peace. Removal on Monday to St John the Evangelist Church, Ballinteer for 10 o'clock funeral Mass, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Family flowers only, please; donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
