SLATTERY (née Cummins) Dee (Derville) (Rathfarnham, Dublin) November 12, 2009, (peacefully) at St. Vincent's University Hospital. Wife of Denis, mother of Cara, Lisa and Mark and grandmother of Maya, Ben and Rían. Sadly missed by her family, sister, brothers, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and colleagues. Funeral service today (Monday) at 3 o'clock in Mount Jerome Crematorium Chapel, Harold's Cross. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Crumlin.
