LEE-FALCON Siobhan (née McGranaghan) Patcham, Brighton, England, formerly Sutton, Dublin 13 - April 25, 2011, (peacefully) in the tender care of the staff of Marletts Hospice, Brighton, beloved wife of John, loving mother of Conor and Caitlin, daughter of late Jim and Anne McGranaghan; sadly missed by her family and by her sister Maura, brother Kevin, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, aunt Marie, uncle Colum, cousins, relatives and friends. Funeral on Friday May 6, at 10 am in St Thomas Moore Church, Patcham, followed by burial. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to Sussex Hospital, CANCER UNIT or Macmillian Nurses or Marletts Hospice.
