DOODY (Blackrock, Co. Dublin) (formerly of the LDF and founding member of the Pearse Battalion FCA) - May 11, 2011 (peacefully) at St Michael's Hospital, Dun Laoghaire, John (Jack) Mains, beloved husband of the late Nora, loving father of David, Ann, Olwen, Marie and John; very sadly missed by his children, grandchildren Eoin, Deirdre, Georgia, Paul, Emmajane, Jack, Holly, Rebecca, Mark, Adam, David and Peter, sons-in-law John Higgins, John Bissett and Paddy Butler, daughters-in-law Christina and Ann, brother-in-law Georges, sister-in-law Marie, all the staff in Aclare House and his relatives and many friends. Also remembering his late grandson Colm. Reposing at his home tomorrow (Sunday) between 4 and 7 p.m. Removal on Monday to the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock arriving at 9.50 o'clock for 10 o'clock Funeral Mass followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
