DODD (Andy M.R.C.V.S.) (Sligo) (died December 18, 2005) - Andy's wife Eileen and family wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. To our friends and neighbours for their help and support and all those who attended the removal to his much loved Ballyglass. Those who came to the funeral and sent Mass Cards, letters, telephoned, visited and travelled to be with us in our time of sorrow and those who made donations to the Sligo Stroke Group. A sincere thank you to the staff of Sligo General Hospital, especially to the caring nurses of the Stroke Unit. To Fr Hugh McGonagle and all the priests who concelebrated the funeral Mass. Our thanks to Feehily Funeral Directors for their help and professionalism throughout. Our gratitude to the Sligo Race Co. and Sligo Hunt Club for their tributes. We would also like to convey our heartfelt thanks to Andy's lifelong doctor and friend Dr Michael Dorman, also Declan Gilroy and P.J. O'Connor for their many visits. A special thanks to his nephew Jimmy O'Connor and his wife Marie for their vigils. We are very grateful for the many heartwarming words about Andy's humerous enjoyment and generous attitude to life. May they remain with us. As it would be impossible to thank everyone, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
