HOLLAND (John V.) (Brooklawn, Knocknacarra Road and Galway Bay Sea Foods, Galway) (Died September 7, 2004) - On the First Anniversary of his death, John's wife Eva, daughters Maura, Sheelagh and Jean, sons Mike, Johnny, Noel and Chris, daughters- in-law Eileen, Fiona and Audrey, son-in-law Aidan and extended family wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to all who sympathised with us and gave us such support at the time of John's sudden death. Our thanks to all who attended his removal and funeral Mass, those who travelled long and short distances, all who sent Mass Cards and letters of sympathy, floral tributes and donations to CroĆ. A big thank you to our extended family, friends and neighbours for their very thoughtful gifts of food and their great support during that time and during the past year. A very special thanks to Fr Gerry Jennings P.P. of Salthill Church for celebrating John's funeral Mass and for his great kindness to all the family at that time and during the year. Thanks also to Frs Michael and Brendan Cooney for celebrating the Mass. Thanks to Pat (Lillis) and Sonny (Molloy) for their beautiful singing; he would have loved it. Thanks to Galwegians Rugby Club and Galway Oyster Festival Committee who formed a Guard of Honour. Our thanks to O'Flaherty's Undertakers and all who were so kind at the cemetery. As we would be unable to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement on John's First Anniversary as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions.May his noble soul rest in peace.
