BURNS James Charles (Jim) (May 12, 2007) - The family of the late Jim would like to express their heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised or attended the funeral at the sad loss of a beloved husband and father. Special thanks to the Oncology team at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, the Blackrock Hospice Home Care Team and to all those in Mount Tabor Care Centre for all the wonderful care given to Jim.
