GOODWIN (Ann) (née Cannon) (Dublin, England and Galway) (Died June 1, 2006) - On her first anniversary the family of the late Ann Goodwin wish to thank most sincerely all her relatives, friends and neighbours who sympathised with them and supported them at the time of Ann's death. A very special thanks to Ann's many friends in the Active Retirement Groups in Connaught, whose encouragement and friendship meant so much to her. Thank you also to Dr. Dan Murphy G.P., to Dr. Maccon Keane, her oncologist, to Dr. Osama Salib, her radiologist, to Dr. Dympna Waldron, palliative care and the Hospice Home Care Team, to the nurses and staff of the Galway Clinic and of those of St. Enda's Ward at U.C.H.G, all of whom cared for Ann during her final illness. As it would not be possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a sincere token of our heartfelt appreciation.
