FITZGIBBON

FITZGIBBON (Granard, Co. Longford and formerly Limerick and U.K.) - September 26, 2008, John Charles (Johnnie), peacefully, at Autumn Lodge, St Joseph's Hospital, Dublin Road, Longford, after a long illness bravely borne, in the loving care of the Palliative Unit nurses and carers, predeceased by Inez, Frank and Maurice; deeply regretted by his brother Jim, sisters-in-law Enid, Etta and Kay (Tom and Ann Hickey), the Mackey family, nephews, nieces, relatives and his many friends. Rest in peace. Prayers in St Joseph's Hospital Chapel this (Monday) evening at 4.45 o'clock followed by removal to St Mary's Church, Granard arriving at 6 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Tuesday) after 9.30 o'clock Mass. Burial afterwards in Mount St Laurence Cemetery, Limerick.
