STOKES (née Delaney) (Churchtown, Dublin, The Burren and Ballinasloe) - February 24, 2009, in her 89th year, Valentine, slipped quietly from this life to join her beloved husband Pearse and her much loved sister Eva. Valentine will be very much missed by her daughters Pat and Helen, her sons Conall, Tom, Garrett, Pearse, Ronan and Rory, her son-in-law, daughters-in- law, partners, grandchildren, great- grandchildren, extended family and friends, all fortified in their loss by the abundance of her love for them and inspired by a life well lived. Removal from her home tomorrow (Thursday) to the Holy Cross Church, Dundrum arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral on Friday after 10 o'clock Mass to Kilmashogue Cemetery.
