BURKE Peter (Lifford Road, Ennis, Co. Clare) January 28, 2008 - Peter's wife Betty, sons Peter, Garry, Tony and Aidan, daughter Margaret, sisters Frances and Ena, grandchildren and extended family would like to express our deep gratitude to all who sympathised with us in our loss. We are grateful to all who called to our homes, attended the removal, Requiem Mass and burial, sent Mass cards, sympathy cards, personal letters and floral tributes. Our sincere thanks to the staff of the Elderly Care Unit of the Mid-West Regional Hospital, Ennis for their care and kindness during his short time in hospital. Thank you to Fr. Jerry Carey, Fr. Paddy Conway and Fr. Martin Blake who concelebrated Requiem Mass. Our thanks also to the organist and choir for their participation in the Mass. Special thanks to Eucharistic Minister Vera Moloney, who brought Holy Communion to Peter weekly over the last number of years - this was a great source of comfort to him. To our kind neighbours, relatives, friends and work colleagues who gave us such support and shared our loss - we thank you all. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for your intentions.May his gentle soul rest in peace.
