HERRON (Neil J.) GCHS ("Gartan" Strandhill Road, Sligo and formerly of Glenfin, Co. Donegal) - September 26, 2011, (peacefully), at Sligo General Hospital, in his 90th year after a long illness borne with great courage and fortitude, pre-deceased by his wives, Kitty, and Mary, his brothers Charlie and Seamus, sisters Mary, Susan and Annie; sadly missed by his loving family, son Terence, daughter-in-law Kate, grandson Peter, sisters-in-law Eileen (Herron), Marcella (Ronayne), his many nieces and nephews, his relatives, and a wide circle of friends and neighbours. Rest in peace. Reposing at the Nazareth House Chapel, Church Hill, Sligo, from 6.30 o'clock today (Tuesday) with removal at 7.30 o'clock to the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception to arrive at 8 o'clock Mass of Christian burial at 11.30 o'clock tomorrow (Wednesday) followed by burial in Sligo Cemetery.
