FITZPATRICK, Philip (Glasnevin and Cavan) (Died July 16, 2009) - Phil's wife Phyllis and son Brian, daughter-in-law Margaret and extended family would like to thank all those who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement. A special word of thanks to the doctors and staff of St Brigids Ward, Mater Hospital, our neighbours and friends for all their support and all who attended the removal, funeral Mass and cremation, sent Mass and sympathy cards. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
