MULCAIR, Johanna (Joh) (July 16, 2010) (Kilmacud, Dublin 14 and formerly East Square, Askeaton, Co. Limerick) - On this the first anniversary of her death, Jo's family wish to thank all those who sympathised with us and supported us in our sad loss. We especially wish to thank Dr Maurer, Dr Rory O'Hanlon, CNS nurse Mary Ryder and the team at the Heart Failure Unit in St Michael's Hospital, Dun Laoghaire for their exceptional care and dedication to Jo. Also we wish to thank the Homecare Team at the Blackrock Hospice and the staff of Our Lady's Ward, Elm Park. To all those who attended the funeral and burial, who sent Mass cards and letters of sympathy and contributed to the Heart Failure Unit in St Michael's Hospital. Thanks also to Monsignor McGough, Fr. O'Longaigh and Fr. Murray who officiated at her funeral and also to Phil and Sheila Fitzgerald who provided such beautiful music. To all, we wish to extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
