BOURKE (Beechlawns, Mullingar and late of "The Covert", Ballinafid, Multyfarnham and Greenane, Borrisoleigh, Co. Tipperary) - November 1, 2006 (peacefully), surrounded by his devoted family, in the tender care of the matron and staff of the Portiuncula Nursing Home, Multyfarnham, Tom (former Fianna Fáil Councillor and former Chairman of Westmeath County Council), beloved husband of the late Margaret and dear father of James, Margaret, Mary, Jackie and Pauline; sadly missed by his loving family, sister Mary (Kinane), brother Jack, daughter-in-law, Therese, sons-in-law Brian and John, grandchildren Laura, Emily, Tommy, Ailish, Peter and Aoife, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and many good friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at Gilsenan's Funeral Home, Mullingar today (Thursday) from 4.30 o'clock followed by removal at 6.30 o'clock to St Nicholas's Church, Multyfarnham arriving at 7 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Friday) after 11 o'clock Mass to the adjoining cemetery.
