GAFFNEY (Eileen) - Liam Gaffney, with his sons Karl, Paul and Garret wish to sincerely thank all our wonderful friends and sympathisers who paid their respects to Eileen, a wonderful wife and mother. May she rest in peace. The expressions of sympathy in both the cards and the written words have been a great consolation to all of us. We now wish to thank especially the doctors and the priests who ministered to her during her long and so bravely borne illness. We thank our bishop, our parish priest, the Palliative Care Team, the hospice members and our undertaker. We say a very special thank you to the dedicated management and staff of St Camillus Nursing Centre, Kilucan, Co. Westmeath. May God reward them for their wonderful service and commitment to all their patients. Much as I would like to, I may indeed fail to acknowledge personally all the good wishes and consolations that have come to us at this very difficult time. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all of you as a small token of the esteem in which we hold you. Many thanks and God bless all of you. Eileen is lovingly remembered and greatly missed. Very sincerely Liam, Karl, Paul and Garret Gaffney.
