FAGAN (John) (Jack) (Perrystown, Dublin and ex-Garda Síochána) - July 21, 2006 (peacefully), at Tallaght Hospital; sadly missed by his loving wife Rita, sons John and Eoghan, daughters Eithne, Mairead and Annemarie, brothers Buddy and Pat, sister Maura, dearest Bridget, Aunt Nancy, Uncle Kevin, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, his beloved grand- children, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal this (Saturday) evening from Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road to the Church of St Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus arriving at 4.45 o'clock Funeral on Monday after 11 o'clock Mass to Mount Jerome Crema- torium. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to charity of choice.
