LEWIS (Tom) (late of St Alban's Park, Ballsbridge) - Tom's wife Joan, Derek, Don, Brian and their families wish to thank most sincerely all those who gave them help and comfort during their recent sad loss. We would like to thank all those who attended the funeral, those who sent letters, sympathy cards and Mass Cards; those who called or telephoned and who brought flowers to the house. A special word of thanks to Rev. Ted Ardis, to Canon Dick Bertram and Mr Pat St. Ledger.
