STAPLETON (John Joseph) (Jackie) (ex-Irish Lights, of Hampton Cove, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin) - September 14, 2009 (peacefully), in the kind and expert care of the staff of St Damian's and St Martin's, Beaumont Hospital, pre-deceased by his brothers Joe, Jim and Bernard, sisters Annie, Brigid and Doreen, and his son-in-law Kieran Burke; deeply and deservedly regretted by his loving wife June, sons John, Aiden and Manus, daughters Mary Barry, Margaret Moret, June Burke and Anne Mitchell, sons-in-law Frank, Guy and Nick, daughters-in-law Mary, Theresa and Manus' fiancée Nicola, grandchildren, sisters, Madeline Carron, Eileen Meagher and Carmel Stapleton, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at the Beaumont Hospital mortuary today Tuesday from 5.30 o'c until 6.15 o'c, to arrive at at 7. o'c Following Mass at 10 o'clock this (Wednesday) morning in the Church of SS. Peter and Paul, Balbriggan, remains will be removed to Eachléim Church, Blacksod, Belmullet, Co. Mayo, arriving at 6.30 o'clock Funeral Mass at 12.30 o'clock tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon, followed by burial in Fál Mór Cemetery."And all that mighty heart is lying still!"
