SLAVIN (Clondalkin and Warrenpoint) - July 28, 2008, Patrick (Pat) late of the Patent Office, in the loving care of the staff of Lynn Ward, Tallaght Hospital, beloved husband of the late Terry (née Daly) and much loved father of Patricia, Ann and Karen; very deeply regretted by his daughters, granddaughter Catherine, his sister Margaret (O'Connor), nephews, nieces relatives and friends. Requiescat in Pace. Removal from Tallaght Hospital today (Wednesday) arriving at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin at 5.30 o'clock Requiem Mass tomorrow (Thursday) at 11 o'clock At his request his body is donated to medical science at U.C.D.
