SWIFT (Bligh) (1964-2006) (Grosvenor Place, Wellington Road, Cork) - Bligh's wife Mary, mother Noelle, sisters Letitia, Diana, Averil and Geraldine and their extended families would like to sincerely thank all those who sympathised with us in the sad passing of our beautiful Bligh. Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who called to the house, sent floral tributes, cards and letters, telephoned, made donations in memory of Bligh and attended the Funeral Service and Memorial Service. We would like to thank, in particular, all those who travelled long distances to offer their love and support. We wish to gratefully acknowledge the wonderful support and love shown by family, friends, neighbours and colleagues throughout Bligh's illness and in the weeks following his death. A special word of thanks to Rev. Daniel Owen for his ongoing support. Special thanks also to Dr Mari Murphy and the Marymount Hospice Home-Care Team, to Dr Seamus O'Reilly and his team in the Mercy Hospital and to Professor Cunningham and his team in the Royal Marsden Hospital for their wonderful care for Bligh throughout his short illness. Our sincere gratitude also to O'Connor's Undertakers, Coburg Street for their professionalism and compassion. It would be impossible to thank everyone individually and so we trust that you will accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep gratitude.
