LONG Joan

LONG Joan Elizabeth (née Warner) Malahide (died March 6, 2011) - Joan's husband Ivan, son Sheldon and daughters Hillary and Gillian wish to thank most sincerely all those who supported and sympathised with them on the sad loss of their loved one. They would like to thank all who attended Joan's funeral service in All Saints Church, Raheny and the interment in St Andrews Churchyard, Malahide. A special thank you to their wonderful neighbours and friends who sent so many cards and letters conveying the highest esteem in which Joan was held by people from here and abroad, from all walks of life. Thank you to all the medical personnel and ancillary staff who helped Joan throughout her illness both at St Clare's Ward, Beaumont Hospital and St Francis Hospice, Raheny. Thanks also to all the clergy for their prayers and support for Joan and the family during her illness and for officiating so beautifully at her obsequies. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of the family's sincere appreciation.
