DORAN, (née Charleton) Colette (Adare, Co. Limerick, who died September 25, 2008) - Colette's husband Brendan, sons John, Marcus and Geoffrey, sisters Isabel (Fitzgibbon) and Georgina (Smith), brothers Peter and Gregory, and extended family wish to thank all who sympathised with us on the loss of a dear wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister and sister-in-law. We thank all who attended Colette's funeral, those who travelled long distances, all who wrote, phoned, sent cards, flowers and messages of sympathy. We will always cherish the sincere and generous daily support we received during Colette's long illness from her loyal band of friends and neighbours. We thank our work colleagues for their understanding and support throughout that time. We thank Dr. Pat Morrissey, Dr. Nick van Kuyk, Rhona and Fran at Adare Medical Centre, James and Carmel Collins and staff at Adare Pharmacy, the dedicated team at the Oncology Unit at the Mid-West Regional Hospital and also Mr. Brian Kenny and Mr. Fintan Wallis at the Radiology Dept. We thank most sincerely the team from the Home Care Service of Milford Hospice, especially Libby, Frances, Chris, Nola and Isobel, for the sincere and loving care which they generously gave to Colette. We thank the doctors, sisters, nurses and staff of the Hospice. A special thanks to our parish priest, Fr. Joe Noonan for all his help, Fr. Chris O'Donnell and Fr. Tim O'Leary who concelebrated the funeral Mass, singer Carmel Conway, and John Thompson, Undertaker, for his direction and attention to detail. It would not be possible to thank everyone individually for the kindness shown to Colette's family and we hope that this will be taken as a token of our appreciation. Thank you all for being there for us. The holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered in Adare for your intentions.
