A Gentleman and a Great Scholar

The loss of Peter is a sad day for the people of Donegal, the medical world and the McLean family in Ireland and the US. My thoughts are with Kenneth, Lorraine and his brother Denis.

Dermot Hugh McLean

Peter Mclean..A kind and thoughtful man

I had only known Peter for a few years. He was my son's father in law.I met him in Ireland and here in Scottsdale, Az.

He was so kind to me and my family on our Ireland trip for the marriage of Lorraine.and Mike. Always a quick wit and a story teller and fun to be with.

But Peter was more than that. He will be long remembered for his practice of medicine and his philanthropic efforts to help people in poor nations around the globe.
