FINNERTY (Blackrock, Co. Dublin formerly Moygownagh, Ballina, Co. Mayo) - January 30, 2009, Séamus, beloved husband and best friend of Maura (née Doody), devoted dad of Niall, Cormac and Brian; deeply mourned by his loving wife, sons, daughters-in-law Karen, Heather and Nicola, grandsons Samuel and Liam; will be greatly missed by his brothers Seán, Hubert, Joe and the late Tommy, sisters Sheila and Helen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, dear neighbours and many friends. Séamus had a life time interest in the Irish League, he liked nothing more than the company of his close friends. Reposing at his home from (Monday) next at 2 o'clock followed by a removal to the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Foxrock arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral (Tuesday) after 10 o'clock Mass. Donations if desired, in lieu of flowers to Irish Cancer Research at St. Vincent's University Hospital.
