CAPPOCK (Bristol), 22nd October 2009, Edward (Ed) aged 8, peacefully at home after a brave battle against a long illness. Deeply missed by his loving parents, John and Sam, brothers, Jack and Louis, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral will take place at Westerleigh Crematorium, Bristol at 12.30 on 3rd November. No flowers please. Donations to Department of Paediatric Haematology and Oncology, Bristol Children's Hospital.
