Ó FOIGHIL (Pól) (An Cnoc, Indreabhán, Co. na Gaillimhe) - Pól's wife Christina and his children - Seán, Máire, Diarmaid, Micheál, Gráinne and Niamh - wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them and supported them in their recent sad loss. We would like to express our gratitude to everyone who sent Get Well Mass bouquets and who enquired about Pól's health during his illness. Sincere thanks to the crowds of people who attended Pól's removal, funeral Mass and burial; who called to the house; who telephoned; who sent Mass Cards, floral tributes and telegrams. A special thanks to all the priests who, along with an t-Ath. Ó Flannabhra, concelebrated the funeral Mass; to the choir, the musicians and local poets; the Gardaí who directed the traffic; the gravediggers, undertakers and funeral home; our neighbours, friends and relatives; all of Pól's work colleagues, and to Park Lodge Hotel who provided meals and accommodation.
