McMAHON (née Scanlon) (Milltown, Dublin), born December 14, 1916, died (peacefully) December 26, 2008, surrounded by her family, Eithne, beloved wife of the late Mr. Justice James McMahon. Deeply missed by her sons Michael and James, daughters- in-law Mary and Imelda, her grandchildren Rory, Con, Georgina, Madeleine, Bettine and Peter, great- grandchild Michael, her carers Maria and Veena and by all her relatives and friends. Funeral Mass at 10 o'clock in the Church of Sts Columbanus and Gall, Milltown tomorrow (Wednesday) followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium. Private interment of ashes later.
