THORNTON, Joe (Knockanare, Berrings and Shanakiel) (Acknowledgement and First Anniversary, died March 28, 2010) - Joe's wife Catherine and children Barbara, Cameron and Hannah, mother Jo, brother Peter and sisters Helen and Anne would like to thank most sincerely those who attended the removal and funeral Mass, called to the house and sent letters of sympathy, Mass cards, enrolments and floral tributes. To management and staff of Schering-Plough Brinny, to the teachers at GaelScoil Ui Riordain and Gael Colaiste Choilm, to relatives, friends and neighbours and to all who travelled long distances we very much appreciate your comfort and support. Special thanks to the Rev. Canon Liam O'Driscoll who officiated at the removal and Mass, also O'Connors, North Gate Bridge for their kindness and professionalism.
