COOK (Oakview, Tralee, Co. Kerry) - Des's wife Pam, son Robin, daughter-in-law Kathryn and grandchildren Emma, Aisling and Becky, wish to thank all those who sympathised with them in their bereavement. Their thanks to everybody... relatives, kind neighbours and friends who provided support at the time of Des's death and who provide that support still. Thanks to all those who attended the removal, funeral Service and burial, especially those who travelled long distances to be with them. Many thanks to those who sent letters, Mass Cards and flowers. A special word of thanks to Canon Robert Warren and Rev. Joe Hardy for their many visits to them during Des's illness and for the beautiful Service they gave him. Their deepest gratitude to the doctors and nurses who looked after him when he was a patient in the Bon Secour Hospital, Tralee and to the doctors, nurses and the Home Care Team who helped them to care for him so lovingly at home until he slipped away from them very peacefully. They hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of their warm and grateful appreciation.
