McCARTHY (née McDermott) (Nancy) (Portmarnock, Co. Dublin) - April 6, 2006, in the loving care of St Benedict's Ward, Mater Private Hospital, after a long illness courageously borne, with a strong faith. Loving wife of Michael and devoted mother of Barry, Aideen and Cathal; deeply missed by her husband, children, brother P.J., sisters Marian and Claire and the extended McDermott and McCarthy families and friends. Funeral Mass today (Friday), April 7, 2006, at 2 o'clock in St Teresa's Church, Clarendon Street, Dublin 2. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Irish Cancer Society. House strictly private.
