CLANCY (Dublin and Clare) - March 8, 2006 (peacefully), at his home, after a long illness borne with great dignity and courage, Michael, Greentrees Park, and Founder Member of Robert Emmet's G.A.A. Club, beloved and devoted husband and best friend of Brede (Hammond), loving father of Anne (McLoughlin), Mary (Bradley), John, Angela (O'Connor), Catherine (Brehony), Fiona (Hourihane) and Una (McGillicuddy) (U.S.A.); sadly missed by his loving wife and children, his much loved eighteen grandchildren, daughter-in-law Mary, sons-in-law John, Vincent, Seámus, Dan, Kevin and Tim, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, relatives, carers and a large circle of friends. May he rest in peace. Reposing at his home today (Thursday) from 2 o'clock Removal this evening to Church of the Holy Spirit, Greenhills arriving at 6.30 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Friday) after 11 o'clock Mass to Newlands Cross Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired to Our Lady's Hospice, Harolds Cross.
