POWELL (Marcella) (née Murphy) (Beechpark, Athlone) (died January,24, 2006) - The family of the late Marcella Powell would like to thank all those who supported them throughout the last year. To all those who sympathised with us, sent Mass Cards, floral tributes etc., we say a sincere thanks. A special word of thanks to Dr. Maccon Keane, Dr. John Flynn, Dr. Tom Meagher and the oncology and general nursing staff of Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe and The University Hospital, Galway. Our sincere thanks also to Fr. James McKiernan, Fr. Declan Shannon, Fr P.J Hughes and to all those who joined us in the celebration of Marcella's life at the funeral. A special thanks to our extended family and friends and to Marcella's own personal friends for their kindness and support. Please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intentions.
