FORDE (née Carey) (Limerick and formerly of Belmullet, Co. Mayo) - August 23, 2006 (peacefully), at Milford Care Centre, Margaret, 24, Dromore Rise, Raheen Heights, Limerick, beloved wife of Tom and dearly loved mother of Jerome, Máiréad, Tomás, John and Declan; sadly missed by her loving husband, family, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, brother Thomas, sisters Mary, Bríd, Sadie, Anne, Sheila and Kathleen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in- law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Reposing at her home this (Thursday) evening from 4 o'clock followed by removal to Raheen Church at 7 o'clock Requiem Mass tomorrow (Friday) at 12 Noon. Funeral afterwards to Castlemungret Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Milford Care Centre.
