SKINNER James John QC (formerly of Clonmel, Co. Tipperary) - Died peacefully in Epsom on October 21, 2008, aged 85. A member of the Irish and English bars; former Chief Justice of Zambia and of Malawi and retired UK Social Security Commissioner. He is survived by his wife, three sons and two daughters. By his wishes private cremation and no flowers.
