CUSACK (Castleknock, Dublin 15 and Doohoma Head, Co. Mayo) - May 21, 2007, at the Mater Hospital, after a long illness bravely borne, Séan T., beloved husband of Mary and darling Dad to Eileen, Mairéad, Michael John and Kevin; deeply regretted by his loving wife, daughters, sons, brothers Paddy and Eamonn, sisters Sadie, Ann, Kathleen, Maureen, Josephine and Geraldine, brothers-in-law, sisters- in-law, friend Stephen, nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends and neighbours. Reposing at his Castleknock residence today (Tuesday) from 4 o'clock Removal at 12 Noon tomorrow (Wednesday) to Pius X Church, Doohoma, Co. Mayo arriving at approximately 7 o'clock Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 Noon and burial afterwards in Doohoma Cemetery."Safe in the arms of Jesus".
