CUSACK (née Galvin) (Limerick and formerly of Kerry and Portarlington) - April 28, 2009, peacefully, at her home, "Carrig Rhu", Nth Cr. Road, Limerick, Olive Joan, much loved wife of René, dearly loved mother of Brian, Joan and Paul; sadly missed by her loving family, brother J.J., sister Bride, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, sister-in-law, relatives and friends. Removal to Our Lady of the Rosary Church, Ennis Road, Limerick tomorrow (Thursday) evening arriving at 7 o'clock Requiem Mass on Friday at 11 o'clock Funeral afterwards to Mount St Lawrence Cemetery (extension).
