LEWIS Ian (Jervis Street, Dublin 1 and late of Griffith Avenue) - July 18, 2008 (suddenly) at the Mater Hospital; beloved son of Adeline Christine and the late Jim. Sadly missed by his loving Isabelle Martha, Kate, mother, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral Service this (Tuesday) morning at 10 o'clock in St. Michan's Church of Ireland Church, Church Street, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu to the Irish Heart Foundation."May he rest in peace"
