McKENNA (Athlone) - February 14, 2011 (peacefully) after a long illness. Brian (Drum and formerly of Glasgow); sadly missed by his loving wife Rina, children Ian, Cora and Fiona, sister May, brother Peter, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, family, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home this (Wednesday) evening from 3 o'clock Funeral service tomorrow (Thursday) at 4 o'c in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold's Cross, Dublin.

<p>A Good Friend</p> <p>I was sorry to hear the sad news of Brian's death. I remember him so well from International Mass Spectrometry meetings and for his hospitality when I visited Athlone.</p> <p>My sincere condolences to all the family.</p> <p>Professor John Monaghan (University of Edinburgh -Past-President of the International Mass Spectrometry Society and of the British Mass Spectrometry Society)</p>
