CHALONER David (FRCGP) - December 13, 2010, passed away peacefully in Heartlands Hospital, Birmingham after a courageous and dignified journey. Beloved husband of Heather (née Godkin) and devoted father of Alison, Ian and Andrew; dearly loved son of Enid and the late Jack, and loving brother of Liz and Hugh; will be greatly missed by all his family, wide circle of friends, colleagues and patients in Stourbridge. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held at St. Mary's Church, Old Swinford, West Midlands on Saturday January 8, at 2.00 o'clock Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Lollipop Day, 2 Granville Road, Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
