Wexford) - February 8, 2008, Denis Finbar, after a long illness bravely borne in the loving care of the nurses, doctors and staff of St. Bridgid's Ward, Wexford General Hospital and Oakfield Nursing Home, Courttown. Predeceased by his daughter Mairead (Mahon), dearly beloved husband and best friend for sixty years of Flor (née Saunders); very sadly missed by his daughter Mary (Cooke) Galway, sons Barry and Ronan (Dublin), Ciaran (Wicklow), brother Pat (Dublin), sons-in-law Dominick (Cooke) (Galway), Jim (Mahon) (Princeton, N.J), daughters-in-law Brid, Enda and Sandra, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, great friends and neighbours. R.I.P. Reposing at Murphy's Funeral Home, The Avenue, Gorey from 3 o'clock this (Saturday) afternoon with removal at 6.15 o'clock to St. Michael's Church, Gorey. Funeral Mass tomorrow (Sunday) at 2 o'clock followed by burial in St. Michael's Cemetery, Gorey. House private, family flowers only please.
