Dublin January 23, 2009, peacefully, in the tender care of the staff of Loughlinstown Hospital, beloved husband of the late Edna, dearly loved father to Ann, Philip and Des, loving father-in-law to Fiona and devoted grandfather to Sophie; sadly missed by his sisters Mary, Betty and Sr. Anne Marie (FCJ), brother-in-law Domhnall, nephews, nieces, godchildren and dear friends and his many devoted carers. Special thanks to the staff at St Joseph's Centre, Shankill. Funeral arrangements in tomorrow's papers. Family flowers only.
