BIRTHISTLE (Templeville, Templeogue, Dublin) - February 20, 2005 (peacefully), at Tallaght Hospital, Tom, beloved husband of Alacoque and loving father of Susan (Neill) and Ian and cherished Grandad of Danielle, Robbie and Laura and brother of the late Gerry; sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Hugh, brothers Mark and Hugh, sister Stephanie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Rest in peace. Removal from hospital at 4.30 o'clock this (Tuesday) evening to the Church of St Pius X, Templeogue, arriving at 5 o'clock Funeral tomorrow (Wednesday) after 11 o'clock Mass to Kilmashogue Cemetery, Edmondstown Road, Rathfarnham.
